Terms

The full, current terms are on the service: https://noticer-mpp-ee54698-production.up.railway.app/purchase/terms. That page is the one that applies. This is a short summary of it.

• New self-service accounts get 5 free eligible checks. An eligible check is a completed PROVED or DISPROVED result.
• After 5 free checks, each eligible check is USD 1.00; INCONCLUSIVE is free. Pay by card through Stripe Checkout or with an existing Link wallet. There is no subscription.
• Enrolling never charges you. Retrying or downloading the same order doesn't use another check.
• Payment unlocks evidence that was already filed. It doesn't buy a verdict, refresh the check or promise a future result.
• A check covers one declared public JSON record, its exact identity and rule, a separate known-good control, and the observation window. Private endpoints, browser journeys, running code and repairs are not included.
• Keep your order access token private. Anyone who holds it can get that order's package.
• If you paid and the package can't be delivered, email hello@noticer.io with the order ID for help and a refund. Refunds are handled by a person, not automatically.
